  Traveling through Utah and hiking in Zion, we were looking for a satisfying meal. Bob was such a bright light in our evening, offering us great conversation. His care shows in his food. Per the other reviews, the buffalo burger was one of the best burgers that I've had. The buffalo meat wasn't dry like you would think, but was so juicy and hit the spot. As Bob will tell you, the burger is tough to share as you won't want to give up a bite (but likely my partner did!). I had the chicken pasta salad special, which also hit the spot.
  
  Recommend the Cactus Room for any hungry passing travelers for what I assure you will be a great meal and great company.

  Ok.  I'll admit I wanted to eat here due to all the great reviews. Stopped by and checked the place out. Bob can come off as being a know it all. I looked around and told him we will be back Tuesday for lunch. He made sure to tell me everything is perfectly seasoned no mustard or ketchup. Then he got in my face and said see the sign?  The sign says The chef is always right. I said yes I do. It was a very strange experience

  My husband and I decided to give this place a try. The food was decent I can't say it's the best I ever had, because I haven't had another wagyu burger in the past. The reason I give it one star. My husband's food had hair on his food. I can't say it was his because he is bald. It wasn't mine because I was sitting across from him and I had my hair in a ponytail. second out coke glasses were dirty. You were able to see the mark lips on the glasses. I didn't noticed it at first but towards the end. Third, I know it's in a desert location and you will have bugs. I just wasn't expecting bugs crawling on the food table and a bunch of them dead at the window where we sat. I didn't notice the bugs because I was excited to try this place after all the reviews. But it's not a place I would give 5 stars after my experience.

  We stopped here based on highly rated reviews and we were not disappointed!  It is easy to miss this kind of a hole in the wall place masquerading as "fine dining."  Look for the buffalo trails trading company sign which is much more noticeable from the road.
  
  Amazing buffalo burgers and pie!  Everything is made fresh and takes time, plus Bob is a one man show much of the time.  Be patient, the food is worth the wait!
  
  Normally I would give fewer stars for a place with wobbly tables and dated furnishings, but the food deserves all 5 of the stars.
  
  There is a kids table that has coloring items, and I saw at least one high chair and one booster seat for kids. I did not happen into the restroom to check for a changing table, but I rather doubt there was one.

  Vegan and vegetarian friendly would be an under statement. No boring Veggie burgers here, Bob makes them sing with pineapple and a glaze sauce. Plus he had a number of other options if you're truly tired of veggie burgers. The owner made the visit especially fantastic. Don't miss this place whatever you're diet preferences may be. Truly a great place and I'd go out if my way to stop by again.
